Refund policy

Returns policy:

I truly hope that you adore your CANTIK jewellery & are 100% happy with our product. However if this is not the case, you may return your order and get your money refunded or request a store gift card.

For exchanges, or damaged items - please see below.

Please note: You have 30 days to return your item.

How to return:

  1. Send us an e-mail to cantikbycamilla@gmail.com stating your name, reason of return and payment details so we can refund your order. (We will refund your money within 14 business days).
  2. Send your package to the following address: 

CANTIK by Camilla, Greenhead farmhouse, Pencaitland, West Saltoun, Tranent, East Lothian, EH34 5EH

Please note:

  • The shipping costs are the customer’s expense.
  • CANTIK by Camilla reserves the right to refuse returned items.
  • If returning an item for refund, the item must be:
    • Returned in an undamaged state.
    • Returned unworn and/or unused.
    • Include the original packaging.

 

Exchange / Damaged:

  • If your product is faulty, damaged, or you are not happy with the quality, please do return via post as per the above instructions.
  • We truly want you to be 100% happy with your CANTIK jewellery! We therefore will be more than happy to exchange products that are faulty or damaged - providing we have the item in stock.
  • If the item is not in stock, we will also be able to offer a refund or store gift card instead.
